Deep Nourishment for Extraordinary Leaders

As a leader, it’s imperative that both your body and your mind function as optimally as possible. How can you lead your team to do great things if you are dragging your feet, have fog in your brain, and are struggling with aches and pains? Your ability to offer creative solutions, to wake up with drive and determination, lead workplace wellness, and some days, even to just manage your day to day tasks hinges on how well you are nourished.

Your food is your fuel. And you are a high performance sports car. Even through the demands and busy-ness of life, deeply nourished leaders know that their fuel has got to be at the top of their priority list, and that inspiring your team to be more productive through nutrition and exercise in the workplace means leading by example.

I want you to be well. And I want your team to thrive. This exclusive program acknowledges the very real time demands that leaders face that may prevent them from using high-performance food on a regular basis both in the workplace and at home. In this three part series, I will provide you with coaching and education about eating the best food for you, how to fit cooking and preparing food at home into your life, and how to promote best practices for workplace wellness within your team. Using leadership-based theory, food literacy education, and graduate level research, this revolutionary program will have you feeling your best, so you can do what you do best.
Session 1- Inspiring Workplace Wellness: What gives you energy, what takes it away

Session 2- Two Brains: Optimizing your gut and brain health

Session 3- Getting organized: Planning how to nourish yourself from home

Private Coaching: 3 Culinary Nutrition Sessions

Leading your Team to Wellness

Starting at $100 CDN per person per session

Team productivity can be challenged by so many barriers. When employees are stressed out, burned out, and stretched beyond their max, coping mechanisms like indulgent eating and drinking increase, and immunity and brain and gut health decrease. All body systems are impacted, and stress continues to compound, creating hormonal imbalance, a decrease in productivity, and exhaustion. In this four part series, Chef Barb will lead your team to wellness through food and cooking skill-building. These skills will help build nutrition and movement habits right into daily activities and make workplace wellness a priority. These basic life skills create opportunities for people to be empowered to make choices that can increase energy and break the cycle of declining productivity and health.

Many health and nutrition programs in the workplace fall flat: promising change but overwhelming employees with just more unachievable tasks to add to their to-do list.

These four video-based, live classes are light, fun, and offer a great team-building experience. Each participant has the opportunity to cook live alongside Barb, and all grocery lists and recipes are provided. In each class we will discuss challenges to very real health issues like immunity, stress, hormone balance, digestion and more, and plan ways to cook more, increase energy, and bring joy back to food and cooking both in the workplace and at home.
